Alfred whipped out an ironing board.
Got to work on Batman's cape.
Suggested a wife could handle this sort of thing.
Batman found this VERY sexist.
Punched out a written warning on his bat-typewriter.

Batman hopped out of his Batmobile and began the chase.
As he tried to run his legs flung into the air and he landed on his head.
His cape was caught in the Batmobile's Batdoor!
Batman bent his bat ears in the fall and sat on the floor sulking.
Alfred offered to send out some replacements and tried his best to console Batman.

Cyclops (the one from the X-Men) forgot his visor and those red glasses he likes to wear

He had to keep his eyes closed all day otherwise he'd accidentally blast holes in things

Professor X kept rolling over his feet due to Cyclops's unpredictable walking patterns

Children were pulling faces and gesticulating discourtesies in front of his back

He swished the cape over his shoulders

And tried to pose very heroically indeed

The cape was shorter than he'd hoped

It produced an unflattering picture from the rear

It fluttered against his buttocks

Batman forgot where he parked his Batmobile.
Two-Face was getting away!
Robin wouldn't stop complaining.
Batman had promised him ice cream,
After they caught Two-Face.

Batman delivers a hefty bat-punch.
Joker's head whips back from the force of the bat-impact.
A bat-finger cracks.
He regrets only just realising reinforced bat-gloves would be a good idea.

Doctor Strange was delighted with his cloak.
It would give him cuddles upon request.
He thought that was lovely.

Spider-Man ran straight into a glass door.
